- Automated messaging may be used through Heartland Law LLC -provided tools, third-party integrations, and RingCentral SMS APIs.
- Automated messaging must only be sent from numbers linked to a TCR campaign designed for automated messaging (e.g., “Automated” campaign type).
- Promotional messages require express, written, and logged consent.
- Automated messages must include opt-out language (e.g., “Reply STOP to end”), and all opt-out requests must be honored.
11. Carrier Compliance and Restrictions:
- Accounts in violation of Heartland Law LLC or carrier rules may face reduced deliverability, additional campaign registration requirements, suspension of service, or termination of service.
